Remote Assistance | Tele-Service

Atomat has always regarded as a top priority to grant a prompt and accurate assistance to its machines operating worldwide.

For this reason, all of our workshop units are equipped with the most advanced and effective devices to perform the remote diagnosis and trouble shooting. Besides, in its headquarters in Italy, Atomat also features a structure comprising a team of experts expressly trained and assigned to this purpose.

The appointed team of specialists, as well as the unique supporting equipment, is dimensioned according to the number of active contracts, so that all of our subscribers are helped quickly and effectively. Atomat is, in fact, perfectly aware that time is of the essence and that any delay in solving a machine problem can grow up to become a huge cost for the customer.

However, in order to finance and sustain the current costs involved, with the aforementioned structure, it is necessary to acquire a Tele-Service contract.
